Most mornings, we can see a dove perched on our neighbor's roof. He sits up there and coos. We dig it. Earlier this week, our dove and a friend stopped by our pond. Can you find them?
We haven't turned on the pump yet, so we're not getting the zen-like sounds of gently flowing water. Soon.
The indoor seeds are sprouting (along with a little mold, it appears). I also fed our houseplants for the first time in ... ever? I can't remember giving them any food. I'm halfway expecting the houseplants to turn back flips! I'll let you know if that happens.
And the first baseball game is scheduled for tomorrow--but so is an 80% chance of rain. In case of a rainout, I have plenty of reading material to see me through.
Happy weekend!

I'm sending along some sunshine for your baseball game this weekend...those are good times!!
Like your seedlings...there is always promise of spring.
I love the sound of flowing water. I'd love a water wall inside the house, so we could enjoy that calm sound all year long! have a great season!!
I would love to have a water feature in our yard...I'd sit out there all day and read and knit. (ha! like that would happen) Hope the game got played! have a great week, Meg.
oh you have a nice water feature! i love the sound of flowing water - i have a girlfriend that refuses to sit by a water feature because it makes her want to use the restroom! not me - they are my favorite. your seedlings look great - mine never sprout because we don't have a spot with enough light. Hope you were able to get some reading time in over the weekend! Enjoy the rest of your week!
I'm growing my garden from seed too this year -- it's become my morning ritual to check out the sprouts and to rotate. Thank you phototropism. Definitely Spring in your neighborhood.
