Baby Sweater on Two Needles

Rob's cousin Bobby (Yes, the name Robert has gotten a workout in this family!) and his wife just had their first child, a baby girl.  In between finishing Caitlin's birthday sweater and resuming work on my latest sweater, I decided to knit a baby sweater for little Olivia.  I just happened to have a pattern nearby:

It 's just too cute!

I went with cotton, because it's machine washable and new moms do not have time for hand-washing.  This knit up quickly since it's for a little one.

And I figure it was good practice for my next project--a February Lady Sweater for me.
