Time to savor

Finally, all the deadline sewing and baking is done.  Time to just be.  And the weather is perfect for just being.

The girls had a blast being pirates with their daddy last night.

And I had a wonderful time snuggling up with my most favorite little boy.  We watched Where the Wild Things Are.  And I just loved it.  Bobby loves the book, and he requested this movie.  Based on the previews, I thought it was going to stink.  I was so wrong.  And the soundtrack was fantastic too.
We're getting into the spring of things around here.

Are you?

Happy Spring!

Awesome sewing of costumes, Meg!! They all look awesome! I hope you'll consider making matching costumes for you and your little guy for Halloween!

LOVE the costumes! you did an awesome job - your husband's shirt is perfection. And i agree with Kristyn - you must make costumes for yourself and your little guy. I'm glad you said you liked the movie - i wasn't even going to rent it because it got bad reviews - but what do they know anyhow? i'm off to add it to our netflix.
